Notice on Fulfillment & Dispatch Location:
All our products are direct-fulfilled, carefully inspected, and dispatched from our primary international logistics center in Japan (2-10-10 Nagata-kita, Minami-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa 232-0071).

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer direct international shipping to the following Nordic countries:

  • Denmark
  • Sweden
  • Finland
  • Norway

2. Shipping Timeframes

Because our high-quality furniture pieces undergo strict quality inspection prior to dispatch, please refer to the estimated timelines below:

Transit Time (Air Express) 7 – 12 Business Days In-transit via international express carriers (DHL / FedEx / EMS).
Total Estimated Delivery 9 – 16 Business Days From order placement to final doorstep delivery.

Order cut-off time is 17:00 JST (GMT+09:00, Japan Standard Time). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated transparently and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Standard Furniture Express Shipping: Flat rate of €39 for orders under €350.
  • Free Shipping Threshold: Free standard shipping applies to all orders over €350.

4. Taxes, Duties & Customs Clearances

We operate on a 100% Tax & Duty Included basis. The price you see on the product page and at checkout is the final price you pay—there are no hidden fees, unexpected extra charges, or additional customs clearance payments required upon delivery.

  • EU Member States (Denmark, Sweden, Finland): All prices include applicable European Union VAT. Orders are shipped under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning all import taxes and customs duties are fully pre-paid by us.
  • Norway (Non-EU EEA): Shipments to Norway strictly comply with Norwegian import and tax regulations. All import VAT and clearance fees are fully covered by us prior to dispatch, ensuring hassle-free doorstep delivery with zero extra charges.

5. Order Tracking

Upon dispatch from our Japan warehouse, you will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email containing a direct tracking number and carrier link. Tracking information usually activates within 24–48 hours after dispatch.
