1. 2-Year Statutory Warranty (Legal Guarantee)

In full compliance with European Union consumer protection directives and Nordic commercial standards, all furniture products purchased from oonokagu come with a 2-Year Legal Guarantee (Statutory Warranty) starting from the day of delivery.

• What is covered: Manufacturing defects, structural faults, material failures, or craftsmanship issues that were present at the time of delivery or manifested under normal domestic use.
• What is not covered: Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper assembly by the customer, misuse, or lack of reasonable care/maintenance.
• Warranty Remedy: If a valid defect is confirmed within the 2-year period, we will offer a repair, a free replacement part/unit, or a partial/full refund depending on the severity of the issue.

2. Environmental & Timber Sustainability Statement

Our Japanese manufacturing and logistics partners strictly adhere to international timber origin regulations (EUTR/EUDR standards). We guarantee that:

• All wood used in our furniture originates from responsibly managed forests.
• All coatings, paints, and adhesives meet strict low-VOC and European safety standards (non-toxic and eco-friendly).
• All transit packaging materials (corrugated cardboard, protective wrap) are fully recyclable in accordance with European Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations.

3. Alternative Dispute Resolution (EU ODR Platform)
